"Science of Mind is not a 'get-rich-quick' scheme...We do not teach that you can get what you want.  If we could all get what we want, it might be disastrous, for it is certain that most of us would want things that would interfere with the well-being of someone else...Consequently, this Science of Mind does not promise something for nothing.  It does, however, tell us that if we comply with the Law, the Law complies with us."

Ernest Holmes

Our Vision

The Central Florida Center for Spiritual Living is a community where love works.

Together, we explore our individual and collective Truths, nurture community, and build an equitable and sustainable world that works for all.

Our Mission

Together, we create a force more powerful than any individual or belief system. As a community of faith and learning, we bring with us our personal backgrounds and principles.

We join together on a journey that honors everywhere we’ve been before and celebrates everywhere that we commit to journey together.

We are the Central Florida Center for Spiritual Living.

Dear CFCSL Members & Friends,

Help! The Central Florida Center for Spiritual Living is expanding both our consciousness and our practice of help. We’re leading from a place of integrity that your help is essential for CFCSL to continue to thrive.  Our theme and commitment for this year are; “All In!”.

Our Center exists to help people learn and practice unconditional belonging and radical love, together: From helping transform the world for justice and equity to helping shape ourselves for love and belonging. We’re helping people move from me to us and from we to everybody. I believe that we are a school of love beyond self and tribe. This forward growth is essential in doing our part to create a world that works for all.

We exist in a time such as this to help others, so we must ask for help to keep helping. We need help not because we have needs (who doesn’t?), but because we are a community that is committed to meeting the world where it is. Our existence is necessary to the expansion of humanity’s sense of conscious awareness through meaningful spiritual practice.

Like any spiritual journey, ours is driven by a call that is not yet fully realized, and somehow this space of change and challenge is where our faith finds its deepest roots.  It is not enough to know the Truth of Science of Mind; we must live aloud and demonstrate the Truth that we know.  We hope you’ll reflect and recommit to what is only possible by the way your presence, financial gifts, and talents and help sustain our community’s presence by going all in.

As we begin to do the work of emerging from the pandemic and assess what is possible in, as, and through us, we know that we cannot continue our work in the world without your help.

We need your presence to build our future:

     ·  Show up – Join us for Mindful Souls (Meditation) Sundays at 9:30 am

     ·  Participate – Join us for the Sunday Experience online -10 am (Online and Facebook)

     ·  Give - Commit to contributing to our work -  CSLOrlando.org/Pledges-&-Donations

     ·  Serve - Make yourself responsible for something for CFCSL. Volunteer! –  CSLOrlando.org/Volunteers

CFCSL is valuable and needed. Our presence has changed countless lives and the Centers for Spiritual Living.  We need to gather the people to serve and to be of service. Your presence makes us who we are. We’re asking for your investment in who we might become.  We are All In!

We hope you’ll be a part of the next chapter in our story.

Grace & Peace,

Rev. Kathy

Rev. Kathy Beasley, BSBM, MAOM, MDiv

Senior Minister,

Central Florida Center for Spiritual Living

In the early part of my life, I was never one for waiting on something or someone until, during a high school French class, I learned that the French word for “wait” is “attendre.” Meaning to direct one’s attention.  Perhaps there is a lesson here. Maybe we should engage in waiting as a spiritual practice that is more than passively sitting around until something happens and more actively attending in preparation for what is making its way to us.

Join us as we explore together the lessons of waiting. Connect with our Mindful Souls Meditation Group Sundays at 9:30 am (EST), and our Sunday Morning Gathering begins Sundays at 10:00 am (EST).  We are live online and via Facebook Live.  The Central Florida Center for Spiritual Living is the place where love works!

Acknowledge and Affirm:

I choose the power of surrendering to my highest good.

Redirecting our attention from all that life has brought in our path is crucial!  In order to do so, we must downregulate our energies so that we can make the most of each moment.

Meet Rev. Kathy Beasley, Senior Minister

A New Day is Upon Us!

It’s a new day for us at the Central Florida Center for Spiritual Living, and we invite you to be an integral part of the next steps of our growth and development. You are welcome to visit and explore what our Spiritual Center offers you and conversely ask yourself what gifts and talents you may wish to provide to be in sacred service to others in our spiritual community and tribe of like-minded individuals.

The Centers for Spiritual Living is a global community (www.csl.org) comprised of more than 300 ministries in over 30 countries worldwide teaching a New Thought philosophy called “The Science of Mind” by Ernest Holmes.  We study and experience every opportunity to bring religion and science together and offer spiritual tools to transform our personal lives and make the world a better place. We believe in cause and effect and teach that “it is done unto you as you believe.” We believe that our thinking and expectations create our reality.

People of all spiritual paths — Christian, Jewish, Buddhist, Hindu, New Thought, Muslim, and Atheists — are welcome. We help all people experience a personal relationship with their creator and promote an experience of acceptance, inclusion, non-judgment, relevance, connection, understanding, and respect. We provide online weekly inspirational gatherings, classes, workshops, small group book study, five-step affirmative prayer treatments, and meditation. Our global vision is: “A World That Works for Everyone.”

All of our spiritual services are now online-only, and all meetings are virtual via Zoom.

We are dedicated to co-creating a world that works for all by establishing meaningful connections that honor the fact that we are different people from different places and backgrounds, representing a safe and loving community of souls who have traveled different paths to this moment.  So, we agree to extend a radical welcome to all who join us, knowing that this community is made of a diverse group of people who have come from every sect of awareness, religion, and spirituality to include some who may just be awaking to the idea of their oneness with all love and knowledge.  We are seekers, writers, artists, entrepreneurs, healers, teachers, musicians, and truth students who claim our unique spiritual authority.  We do not assume fluency in any sacred text, spiritual language, or religious experience because we believe that the message of Truth as it unfolds within us is not only for the enlightened and the learned but for all of humanity.  So, we do everything in the spirit of grace, love, and compassion.

Today is a new day, and your soul is welcomed here!

Our Book Club continues to be led by our very own William Watson.

A truly profound metaphysical book in which Trine explains the immutable laws of the universe and our intrinsic divine nature, at one with All That Is. By acknowledging and living from this truth, we are able to draw on the Infinite Source of Good in our everyday lives to generate healing in our bodies, money in our bank accounts, and well being and peace in our souls. Truly a great source of wisdom and support for women who wish to live richly illuminated lives of prosperity and creative expression. Updated from outmoded male dominant wording to be inclusive of the feminine voice.

We practice affirmative prayer or, Spiritual Mind Treatment (SMT).

Our  Practitioners are the Community Care Group who focuses on the spiritual care and support of our community.
