Vocationally, she is engaged in clinical practice with adults who struggle with trauma, mental health, and substance abuse issues within a 12 Step community framework. Deanne has a passion for the community experience and looks forward to pastoring.
Deanne says, “Learning how to think theologically has ALWAYS fascinated me. My father was a Pentecostal preacher (specifically Apostolic Holiness) and my mother was United Methodist. From the time I was small, I was learning how to think about God. Exposure to both very different traditions created LOTS of questions. Forming my own theology while appreciating others’ has been enjoyable. I strive to engage in informative dialogue with anyone willing for the betterment of us both, and, I am very curious about the ways people describe how their theologies inform their practice because I think it's a big deal.”
The Central Florida Center for Spiritual Living is a 501(c)(3) non-profit religious organization located in the State of Florida. The ministry of this spiritual community is sustained primarily by the contributions of members and friends.
